Not your average {SeeSaw}!

Christmas break is a great time to catch up on things like sleep, movies, and the blog post that is long overdue! I have had this post on my mind since the beginning of school but procrastination got the best of me {again}.

SeeSaw is probably the most used app in my classroom, I seriously use it for everything. Flipped lessons, anchor charts, digital portfolios, and a way for students to interact with each other.
I can't take credit for finding SeeSaw on my own, when I taught first grade, the K5 teachers across the hall introduced it to me and it was love at first sight. When I first started using it I was that teacher who was trying what seemed like an endless amount of apps to make learning more interactive, digital, and use the iPads that were in the hands of my students more effectively. However, I had yet to find a way to share their work with parents in a simpler way to collect and organize digital work and provide feedback. Hello SeeSaw!
SeeSaw provides all of the above for me plus so much more! I have gone back and forth on the best way to share this with you all, and a video is this only way I could find that would limit the amount of reading and pictures I would have to upload to really show the amazing features that I have recently discovered and been using with SeeSaw! I hope you enjoy and find a new tool or idea that you can use in your classrooms, feel free to leave comments & questions below!
